HROA Annual Membership Meeting

Saturday, May 31,2025 at 10:30 am

North Hominy Community Center, 2670 Newfound Road, Canton, NC 28716.

 

Meet new owners. Greet your neighbors.  Learn the latest about association activities. Vote on actions of the association.  Help keep our association stay vital.

If you cannot attend the meeting, please send in your completed proxy form with your instructions. As you know, we need a quorum for the meeting to “count,” and your attendance or your proxy are very important.  If you do not send the proxy back and do not attend the meeting, you forfeit your vote.  We look forward to a good turnout!

 

HROA Member Meeting Agenda:

• Welcome 

• Special welcome to and introduction of any new owners since last year’s meeting. If present, welcome to and introduction of renters and other non-owner guests. 

• Determination of quorum 

• Approval of 2024 Membership Meeting minutes

• Audit Committee report

• YTD Treasurer’s report

• Ratification of 2025 proposed budget 

• Report of Nominations Committee

• Election for Vice President and Secretary 

• Review of current committees in existence, identification of current committee members, and request for additional volunteers for committee service. Request for assistance with HROA website.

• Road Committee report 

• ACC Committee report (brief review of ongoing construction) 

• Open floor to Members/Owners for discussion of any other issues 

• Adjournment
